What is the difference between an edition and a tier size?
The edition defines the feature set: messaging, deals, invoicing, custom storage. The tier size determines limits for seats, conversations, channels, and storage. Upgrading a tier size does not unlock features from a higher edition.
Why isn't there separate pricing per messaging channel?
All channels are included in your edition's quota and feed into a single Unified Inbox. Charging per channel address fragments your shift into multiple disconnected inboxes again.
How is the annual discount calculated?
The percentage represents the difference between twelve 30-day billing periods and one 365-day period for the same tier size. No other baseline comparison is used on this page.
What do add-ons do?
They add extra seats or storage on top of your existing tier. Without add-ons, usage is capped by your current tier limits.
Is there a free trial?
Trial tiers are not listed in this public catalog. If your workspace offers a trial, its duration and terms will be displayed on the sign-up screen.
What if standard tier limits are too small?
Enterprise plans are tailored to your needs: limits and feature sets are agreed upon separately, avoiding the need to purchase a second workspace.
Who issues the invoice?
